Infinix GT 50 Pro Features in Detail

1. 6.78-Inch 1.5K AMOLED Display with 144Hz Refresh Rate

The Infinix GT 50 Pro features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1208 × 2664 pixels. Its 1.5K resolution delivers detailed visuals, while AMOLED technology provides rich colours, deep blacks, and high contrast.

The 144Hz refresh rate helps make scrolling, animations, and supported games feel exceptionally smooth. The display also supports flexible refresh-rate settings to balance visual fluidity and battery efficiency.

With Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection, the screen is designed to withstand everyday wear. Its high brightness and eye-comfort technologies further enhance usability for gaming, video streaming, and outdoor viewing.

2. MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Ultimate Processor

The MediaTek Dimensity 8400 Ultimate is the performance centre of the Infinix GT 50 Pro. Built using a 4nm manufacturing process, this chipset is designed to deliver high processing power and efficient performance.

Its octa-core architecture and Mali-G720 MC7 GPU support demanding games, intensive multitasking, graphics processing, and other performance-heavy applications.

Whether you are playing competitive mobile games, recording videos, or switching between applications, the processor is designed to provide a responsive experience.

3. HydroFlow Liquid Cooling System

One of the most distinctive features of the Infinix GT 50 Pro is its HydroFlow liquid cooling architecture. The system uses a micro-pump to circulate coolant through specially designed channels to help transfer heat away from important components.

This cooling technology is designed to manage temperatures during prolonged gaming sessions and help maintain consistent performance under heavy loads.

The phone also supports bypass charging in compatible gaming scenarios, allowing power management to reduce unnecessary battery heating during supported use.

4. Pressure-Sensitive GT Triggers

The Infinix GT 50 Pro features dual pressure-sensitive GT Triggers designed to provide additional physical controls during gameplay.

These triggers support different input actions, including pressure-sensitive presses and sliding gestures in supported applications. Players can assign compatible in-game actions to the triggers, helping improve control in shooting games, racing games, and other competitive titles.

The physical controls can make the phone feel more like a dedicated gaming device while retaining the functionality of a regular smartphone.

5. 50MP Main Camera with OIS

The 50MP main camera features Optical Image Stabilization to help reduce blur caused by hand movement. This is useful when capturing everyday photographs, portraits, and scenes in challenging lighting conditions.

The camera also supports electronic stabilization and AI-assisted image processing. These features help improve image clarity and video stability in supported shooting modes.

6. 8MP Ultrawide and 13MP Front Camera

The 8MP ultrawide camera allows users to capture broader scenes, including landscapes, architecture, and group photographs.

The 13MP front camera is designed for selfies, video calls, and social media content. It also supports video recording in compatible modes, making the phone suitable for everyday content creation.

7. 12GB RAM and Up to 512GB Storage

The Infinix GT 50 Pro offers 12GB physical RAM and storage options of 256GB or 512GB, depending on the market.

This memory configuration supports multitasking, large games, video editing, and storing extensive media libraries. Infinix also offers optional RAM expansion features, which use internal storage and should not be confused with physical RAM.

The device does not include a memory-card slot, so selecting the appropriate internal storage capacity is important before purchasing.

8. Large Battery with 45W Wired and 30W Wireless Charging

The Infinix GT 50 Pro is available with a battery capacity of up to 6500mAh, although some regional variants use a 6150mAh battery.

The phone supports 45W wired fast charging and 30W wireless charging. It also offers reverse charging features for compatible accessories and devices.

For gaming, bypass charging can help manage power delivery in supported situations. Actual battery life and charging times depend on the regional variant, usage, temperature, and charging accessories.

9. Android 16 and XOS 16

The Infinix GT 50 Pro runs Android 16 with XOS 16, providing a modern interface with customisation options and gaming-oriented software features.

Its gaming tools include performance modes, AI-assisted controls, voice features, and supported frame-rate optimisation. Some features depend on software version, regional availability, and compatibility with individual games.

Infinix has announced a commitment to three years of OS version updates and five years of security patches for the GT 50 Pro.

10. RGB Lighting and Gaming Design

The Infinix GT 50 Pro features a distinctive gaming-inspired design with a transparent cooling window and customizable RGB lighting.

Its Mechanical Light Waves system includes multiple lighting scenarios and colour options, allowing users to personalise the phone’s appearance. The design draws inspiration from performance vehicles and gaming hardware.

The Black Abyss, Red Blaze, and Silver Glacier colour options give the device a bold gaming identity.

11. 5G Connectivity and Immersive Audio

The Infinix GT 50 Pro supports 5G connectivity alongside 4G LTE and earlier network technologies. Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4 provide modern wireless connectivity for compatible networks and accessories.

The phone also supports NFC in selected markets, GPS navigation, USB Type-C, and immersive audio features designed to enhance compatible games and multimedia content.

12. IP64 Dust and Splash Resistance

The IP64 rating indicates dust protection and resistance to water splashes under specified testing conditions. It can provide additional reassurance during everyday use, but it does not make the device waterproof.

Avoid submerging the phone in water or exposing it to high-pressure water. Protection may also diminish with physical damage or normal wear.
