Refund and Returns Policy

At GetFirst.pk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer the following refund and exchange policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

1. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
   We offer exchanges and refunds under specific circumstances, as follows:

Manufacturing Defects or Damaged Goods: If your product arrives damaged or has manufacturing defects, you can request an exchange or a refund.
Wrong Product Delivered: If the wrong item is delivered (e.g., not what was ordered), you are eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Non-Described Items: If the product you receive is not what was described in the listing (e.g., a replica or incorrect specifications), we will issue a refund.

2. Timeframe for Requests
   Refund/Exchange Requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
   If you find a fault or issue with your product, contact us immediately. If you are unable to bring the product back on the same day, please email us at getfirstdotpk@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the item.
3. Conditions for Refunds and Exchanges
   Products must be unused and in original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and labels.
   The invoice number must be provided as proof of purchase.
   If the item is damaged or defective, we require a detailed description or images of the fault.
4. Return Shipping
   If you are in a different city, we will arrange the exchange, but the shipping costs for returning the item will be borne by the customer.
   The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
5. Refund Process
   Once we receive the returned item:

We will inspect the product.
If eligible, we will issue a refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during the purchase.

6. Non-Refundable Products
   Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

Opened or used products.
Products marked as final sale.
Perishable items (if applicable).
